Jessica Mazzone's Bio
I began practicing yoga in 2017 after I accepted an invite to attend a local class with a friend and immediately realized the physical, emotional, and mental health benefits of the practice. Â When I truly committed to daily yoga in 2019, the overall change to myself and my life were undeniable. Â I felt that I could serve the community by teaching yoga for little to no cost in areas where yoga is not easily accessible. Â I enrolled in the 200-hour yoga instructor training program at Yoga Centric and deepened my knowledge and understanding of the practice.
I believe that yoga should be affordable, accessible, and fun. Â I strive to help facilitate a challenging, peaceful practice to my students while keeping it light and enjoyable. Â Yoga not only benefits the individual person, but also the entire community. Â When yoga practitioners can find peace within their own bodies and minds, the benefits can be felt by everyone around them, starting a ripple effect of love and acceptance. Â I am committed to creating a welcoming environment in my space with a lot of love and a little bit of humor. Â All fitness and physical ability levels are welcome to my chill Vinyasa flows.
