Jessica Mazzone's Bio
I began practicing yoga in 2017 after I accepted an invite to attend a local class with a friend and immediately realized the physical, emotional, and mental health benefits of the practice. When I truly committed to daily yoga in 2019, the overall change to myself and my life were undeniable. I felt that I could serve the community by teaching yoga for little to no cost in areas where yoga is not easily accessible. I enrolled in the 200-hour yoga instructor training program at Yoga Centric and deepened my knowledge and understanding of the practice.
I believe that yoga should be affordable, accessible, and fun. I strive to help facilitate a challenging, peaceful practice to my students while keeping it light and enjoyable. Yoga not only benefits the individual person, but also the entire community. When yoga practitioners can find peace within their own bodies and minds, the benefits can be felt by everyone around them, starting a ripple effect of love and acceptance. I am committed to creating a welcoming environment in my space with a lot of love and a little bit of humor. All fitness and physical ability levels are welcome to my chill Vinyasa flows.
